  • You have 10 days to request a hearing after you are arrested for a DUI in Ventura County. If you are within the 10 day period and have yet to request your DMV hearing, please contact our office immediately and we will request the hearing free of charge.
  • If you fail to request the hearing within 10 days, the DMV will automatically suspend your license.
  • Our first step in every Ventura DUI case is to make sure the hearing has been requested. Once we are hired, we do everything in our power to fight for your right to drive.
