Depending on what day of the week and at what time your arrest happened, how busy the jail is, as well as whether or not you have been arrested for a felony or a misdemeanor, you should get out of jail anywhere from about 7 in the morning until about 2 in the afternoon. Most of the time on a misdemeanor Ventura County DUI you will be released on your own recognizance (which means at no cost to you), but occasionally you will have to post bail, usually in the amount of $5000. The time that you spent in custody on your case will be applied towards your Ventura County DUI case in the event that you are ultimately convicted.
