Ventura County is a beautiful place to live and visit. Unfortunately, because it is the toughest county in the state on DUI cases, one of the old sayings is “Go on vacation, leave on probation.” Many out of county residents who have been arrested for DUI in Ventura County have concerns about how to handle their case. First, keep in mind that we have the authority to appear in court on your behalf, so you do not need to make repeated visits back to Ventura County.
