- 48 hours jail OR 5 days of work release (such as light gardening at the Government Center);
- Fines and Fees of $3212;
- 3 month, First Offender Drinking Driver Program (Alcohol School);
- 3 years of Probation.
Additionally, after a conviction, the DMV will also suspend your license for 6 months, with credit for any time your license may have been suspended as a result of the Administrative Per Se hearing.
